There’s a part of me which hesitates to post blogs about contests that are still accepting entries, but I’m so damn excited about this song, I had to post it.

Krazy Glue is Krazy Fast and fixes (almost) everything

I’m in about 7-8 contests right now, some for cash, some for a year long supply of chocolate milk, but this one is for travel – a trip for 2 to Maui. I’ve totally never been to Hawaii and I’m dying to go, and I think it would be another excellent opportunity for me to take a blind date and try to fall in love with a lady over the course of an all-expense paid trip (a la the Arctic Trip.)

The finalists will be determined while I’m in antarctica, but the voting won’t start until the 14th of November, so I won’t be shilling for votes (yet.)

UPDATE: I did not win. 12 years later this loss still haunts me. But while you’re here, how about you learn something about this incredibly powerful glue that refused to send me to Hawaii.

How strong is Krazy super glue?

Krazy Glue, also known as cyanoacrylate adhesive, is a type of fast-acting and strong adhesive. When applied correctly, it can bond quickly and tightly to a variety of materials such as metal, plastic, wood, ceramic, and rubber.
The strength of Krazy Glue depends on the surfaces being bonded and the amount of glue applied. In general, it forms an extremely strong bond that is difficult to break apart. However, its strength may vary depending on factors such as the size of the bonding area, the type of material being bonded, and the amount of stress or weight placed on the bond.
It’s important to note that Krazy Glue is not suitable for use on all materials, such as porous surfaces or surfaces that are regularly exposed to water or heat. It’s always recommended to read the instructions carefully and test a small area before applying Krazy Glue to ensure it’s suitable for your intended use.

What’s the strongest krazy glue?

Krazy Glue offers several different types of adhesives, each with varying levels of strength. However, the Krazy Glue with the strongest bond is the Krazy Glue Maximum Bond, which is specifically designed for use with heavy-duty materials and can bond to a wide range of surfaces, including metal, plastic, ceramic, wood, rubber, and more. It’s important to note that the strength of the bond will also depend on the specific materials being bonded and the conditions in which the adhesive is used.

How does krazy glue work?

Krazy Glue, also known as cyanoacrylate glue, is a fast-acting adhesive that works by bonding two surfaces together through a process called polymerization. When the glue is exposed to moisture, it rapidly polymerizes, creating a strong bond between the two surfaces.
The key to Krazy Glue’s effectiveness is its ability to bond to a wide variety of surfaces, including plastic, metal, ceramic, wood, and rubber. This is because the glue forms a chemical bond with the surface of the material, rather than simply adhering to it like other adhesives.
The glue comes in a liquid form and is applied by squeezing a small amount onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. The glue then spreads and fills any gaps or crevices, creating a strong bond in seconds. It’s important to note that the glue works best on clean, dry surfaces, and excess glue should be wiped away immediately to prevent it from bonding to unintended surfaces.
In summary, Krazy Glue works by polymerizing upon exposure to moisture and forming a chemical bond with the surface of the material, creating a strong and fast-acting bond.

Your song is so good, why didn’t it win?!

Ugh, that’s how I feel. I love that song. I love the Abraham Lincoln joke. I love the overalls. I love the energy and the expression on my brothers face when I hand him the fixed vase.

I guess this comes down to this book I’m going to write. There are a lot of ways to lose a contest. Some are easy, some are hard – some leave you sad, some leave you mad. The best losses let you learn something – they inspire you to try something new or creative. But this one didn’t do any of that, I still have no idea why it didn’t win.

When should I use Krazy glue?

Krazy Glue, also known as cyanoacrylate adhesive, is a fast-drying and strong adhesive that can bond various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, and ceramics. It is ideal for small repairs and bonding projects that require a strong, quick, and permanent bond.
Here are some common scenarios where Krazy Glue may be useful:

  1. Fixing small cracks or chips in ceramic or porcelain items like plates, vases, or figurines.
  2. Repairing broken or chipped jewelry, such as earrings or necklaces.
  3. Bonding plastic parts together, such as toys, car parts, or household items.
  4. Securing small screws or bolts that have become loose.
  5. Attaching rubber soles back onto shoes.
  6. Fixing small tears or holes in the fabric, such as clothing or upholstery.
  7. Bonding glass or metal to other materials.
  8. Repairing electronic items like cell phones, laptops, or other devices.

However, it is important to note that Krazy Glue may not be suitable for all materials or situations. It is not recommended for use on foam, certain types of plastic, or surfaces that will be exposed to heat or water. Additionally, it is important to use the glue in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with skin or eyes.

Is instant krazy glue really instant?

Instant Krazy Glue, also known as super glue, is designed to bond surfaces quickly and effectively. When you apply it to a surface and press the surfaces together, it usually sets in seconds and fully cures in 24 hours. So, in that sense, it is indeed “instant” in terms of its bonding ability.
However, it’s important to note that the bonding time can vary depending on a few factors, such as the type of surfaces being bonded, the amount of glue used, and the conditions in which it is used. It’s also important to handle instant Krazy Glue with care as it can bond skin together quickly, causing injuries. So, while it is fast-acting, it’s always important to follow the instructions carefully and take necessary safety precautions.

How fast does instant krazy glue work?

Instant Krazy Glue is designed to work very quickly, typically bonding in just a few seconds. The exact amount of time it takes for the glue to set will depend on several factors, such as the materials being bonded, the amount of glue applied, and the environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity.
In general, Instant Krazy Glue forms a strong bond within 10-30 seconds of application. However, it is important to note that while the glue may appear to be fully cured after this time, it is recommended to allow the bond to fully cure for at least 24 hours before subjecting it to any stress or strain.

Where can I buy Krazy Glue?

Here’s an affiliate link to buy it on Amazon because if you buy it through this link I will become a billionaire (approximate 1/5th of a cent at a time.)
